We have been so busy this half term and can’t wait to share our exciting activities with you.

In this photograph you can see us making our buggies. We used our lunch boxes from the picnic to make the cabs. |
We harvested the potatoes. We weighed them before we cooked them and had 635 g of Rocket and 630 g of Emerald Vale. A good return on four seed potatoes! YUM |
In our science sessions we have been learning about life cycles. We watched these painted lady butterflies develop from tiny caterpillars into beautiful butterflies. We took them out into the forest garden to release them. They looked fantastic as they fluttered off into the distance. |
Welcome to Badgers Class!
We are the class who is always trying to be ourselves only better. |
Our afternoon at Minsthorpe was brilliant. The sun shone and we shouted our heads off. The races were great and we all had a lovely picnic on the school field before the races started. Our banner left nobody in any doubt about who we were shouting for. |
Some of the children from Stockingate came to teach us some new games in one of our PE lessons. They were learning about being young leaders and it was fun to work with them. We are looking forward to going to our new school next term. |
We look forward to school each day and are so keen to learn new things. Next term we will be learning about Changing Materials in science. Where in the World? In geography and Can buildings Speak? In art. |
This is one of the buggies we made. We had to design, draw, measure, stick and paint. You can see them on a display in school after the holiday. |
